Welcome to PixelPenny ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application PixelPenny and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

PixelPenny is a visual savings motivation application that transforms savings tracking into engaging visual journeys through pixel art illustrations. Our Service includes:

• Goal-based savings tracking with visual progression
• Pixel art illustrations that evolve with your savings progress
• Multiple goal categories: House, Car, Vacation, Wedding, Education, and Emergency Fund
• Premium features including unlimited goals and advanced pixel art themes
• User authentication and profile management
• Data synchronization across devices

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.

PixelPenny offers both free and premium subscription services:

Subscription fees are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to store or track illegal financial activities

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Key points about your data:

• We use Firebase Authentication for secure user management
• Your savings data is stored securely and encrypted
• We never sell your personal information to third parties
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We use aggregated, anonymized data for app improvements

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PixelPenny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• All pixel art illustrations and animations
• The PixelPenny brand name and logo
• App design, user interface, and user experience
• Software code and algorithms
• Written content and documentation

Our tagline "Every Pixel Tells Your Financial Story" and associated branding are proprietary to PixelPenny.

IMPORTANT: PixelPenny is a savings tracking and motivation tool, NOT a financial advisory service.

• We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• The Service does not connect to your bank accounts or handle real money
• All financial decisions are solely your responsibility
• Consult qualified financial professionals for financial advice
• Past performance or savings success does not guarantee future results

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXELPENNY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
